Enterprise software & growth engineering

Systems that carrythe weight of the business.

We build the software companies actually run on — ERP platforms, commerce systems and AI automation — then build the demand programmes that fill them. One team, from the data model to the last conversion.

No rate cards, no obligation. Tell us the problem and we'll scope it in writing.

Capabilities

Four things we are genuinely good at.

We would rather do a narrow set of work properly than list twenty services we half support. Each pillar below has real engagements behind it.

Selected work

Built, launched, and measured.

Three client platforms you can open right now, and the paid-growth programmes running behind brands we publish by sector rather than by name.

Platform engineering

Our flagship product

FusionERP

One operating system for the whole business

FusionERP is our flagship platform: a single, auditable source of truth that connects inventory, sales pipeline, payroll and point of sale — so the numbers in one part of the business are the same numbers everywhere else.

Built for mid-market operators who have outgrown spreadsheets and a patchwork of disconnected tools, but who are not willing to absorb the cost and rigidity of a legacy enterprise suite.

  • Third normal form relational schema — no duplicated business state
  • Role-based access control enforced at the data layer, not the UI
  • Automatic audit logging on every write
  • Sub-second synchronisation between modules
  • Containerised deployment, on cloud or on your own infrastructure

FusionERP dashboard interface
Inventory
Real-time stock levels, movement history and reorder thresholds across locations.
Sales & CRM
Lead pipelines, quotation workflow and account history in one dashboard.
HRMS & payroll
Attendance, leave, automated pay-stub calculation and statutory reporting.
Point of sale
Register terminals that write directly to the same inventory ledger.
Audit & access
Role-based access control with a centralised, immutable audit trail.
Reporting
Operational dashboards built on normalised data rather than exported extracts.

How we work

Six stages, no surprises.

The same sequence on every engagement, whether it's a four-week MVP or a multi-year platform. You always know which stage you are in and what comes next.

Sectors we've delivered in

  • Retail & e-commerce
  • Manufacturing & distribution
  • Construction & real estate
  • Industrial supply & procurement
  • Healthcare & clinics
  • Logistics & transport
  • Education
  • Hospitality
  • Jewellery & luxury retail
  • Professional services
  1. 01

    Discover

    Workflow audit and scoping

We map how the work actually happens today — the spreadsheets, the handoffs, the software everyone works around — and identify which of those constraints software can genuinely remove.

  2. 02

    Plan

    Technical blueprint

Data model, stack selection, integration boundaries and a milestone plan with dates. You approve the architecture before anyone writes application code.

  3. 03

    Design

    Interface and interaction

High-fidelity screens for the flows that matter, reviewed against real users and real data shapes rather than lorem ipsum.

  4. 04

    Build

    Engineering in the open

Fortnightly releases to a live environment you can open. Nothing is reported as done until it runs on a URL, and scope changes are quoted before they are built.

  5. 05

    Launch

    Deployment and handover

Containerised deployment, CI/CD, DNS and SSL, monitoring and analytics. Repositories and documentation transfer to your organisation.

  6. 06

    Operate

    Support and iteration

Monitoring, security review, database tuning and the next set of changes — sized against what the system tells you, not what we guessed at the start.

How we engage

Three ways to work with us.

We don't publish rate cards, because a number without a scope tells you nothing useful. Pick the shape that matches where you are and we'll put a written proposal behind it.

Product Sprint

Validating an idea before committing a budget to it

A fixed, short engagement that turns a concept into something real enough to test with users — and a technical plan credible enough to raise against.

Fixed scope, fixed timeline, weekly demo

  • Discovery workshop and workflow audit
  • Clickable high-fidelity prototype
  • Working MVP on a live URL
  • Architecture and data model documentation
  • Deployment, SSL and analytics configured
  • Full source code handover

Build Partnership

Teams shipping a product into a real market

Our core engagement. A dedicated squad takes a defined product from architecture through launch, with a release cadence you can plan a company around.

Milestone contract, fortnightly releases

  • Full-stack web or mobile application
  • Custom relational schema design
  • Authentication and role-based access control
  • REST or GraphQL API with documentation
  • Admin dashboard and operational reporting
  • CI/CD pipeline and containerised deployment
  • Security and code quality review before launch
  • Post-launch support window

Systems Retainer

Organisations running critical software in production

A standing engineering relationship for companies whose systems are already load-bearing — continuous delivery, monitoring, and a named architect who knows your stack.

Rolling contract, agreed service levels

  • Dedicated engineering capacity
  • ERP, CRM and HRMS module development
  • Multi-tenant and multi-entity architecture
  • Cloud infrastructure management
  • Monitoring, alerting and incident response
  • Scheduled security audits
  • Onboarding and team training
  • Direct access to the engineering lead

Questions

The things people ask first.

If your question isn't here, send it over. We answer within one working day.

  • It depends on scope. A focused MVP typically runs three to five weeks. A production SaaS with authentication, a real data model and an admin surface is usually six to ten weeks. Full ERP-class systems run twelve to twenty weeks. You receive a milestone plan with dates before any work starts.

  • We do not publish rate cards, because a number without a scope is misleading. Send us your requirements through the contact form and we will run a scoping call, then return a written proposal with a milestone breakdown, timeline and commercial terms — usually within two working days.

  • You get a named engineering lead, a shared board, and a working demo on a fixed cadence. Nothing is reported as complete until it is running on a URL you can open. Scope changes are quoted before they are built, never after.

  • Yes, and we sign before scoping rather than after. Several engagements on this site are published by sector rather than by client name for exactly this reason.

  • Next.js, React and Angular on the front end. Node.js, Spring Boot and Python on the back end. Flutter and React Native for mobile. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firestore and Redis for data. Docker, AWS and Azure for infrastructure. We select the stack against the problem rather than the other way round.

  • Yes. We build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, grounded assistants, document analysis and semantic search on top of existing systems, using OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude. The integration work is usually less about the model and more about getting your data into a shape the model can use reliably.

  • Completely. On project completion and final payment, every repository is transferred to your organisation with documentation. There is no licensing tail and no dependency on us to keep operating.

  • Regularly. We audit, refactor and extend systems we did not write, including legacy PHP, Java, Python and JavaScript. We start with a repository review and a written remediation plan, so you can decide what is worth fixing before anyone commits code.

  • Yes, and the two are usually the same problem. We run paid search, shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Meta programmes, and we build the conversion tracking underneath them. Several engagements in our work section were rebuilds of accounts where the measurement was the actual failure.

  • Every project ships with a bug-fix warranty. Build Partnership engagements include a post-launch support window, and Systems Retainer clients get agreed service levels covering monitoring, security review, database optimisation and priority response.

  • Our engineering team is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We currently deliver for clients in India, Singapore and the Gulf, working in English and Tamil, and we run engagements remotely as standard.

  • Use the contact form. Tell us what you are trying to build or fix, roughly when you need it, and how you would prefer to talk. We reply within one working day and there is no charge for the scoping conversation.
